Tim Ragen has been with the Selfridge family for 23 years and has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry.  Tim works with clients to ensure their home is built to both the Selfridge Builders standards and the clients' desires. Tim's time management skills are well honed, keeping all stages of construction performed precisely and in a timely fashion. You can find Tim in the office helping clients with their design process and calculating quotes or on site managing all aspects of construction. Tim has been involved in building hundreds of Selfridge dream homes.

While Tim enjoys his career in residential construction, he also loves spending time with his best friend and wife, Cynthia, and riding his motorcycle through the Blue Ridge mountains. With a big heart and a multitude of experience, Tim brings knowledge and  patience to all Selfridge built homes and is only a call away during your building process.
