Every Selfridge custom home project is assigned a coordinated team of experienced professionals.

Dedicated Project Manager. Your Project Manager is responsible for seeing that every aspect of your custom home construction project runs smoothly, according to schedule and budget.
Site Supervisor. A Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day progress on your home. Our site supervisor/project ratio is well below industry standard. Selfridge site supervisors oversee the construction of only a few homes at any given time, ensuring proper scrutiny and greater client satisfaction.
Professional Craftsmen and Vendors. Selfridge is also fortunate to work with an outstanding pool of professional craftsmen and vendors, whose attention to detail and quality workmanship bring your vision to life. Considered part of the Selfridge family, many have been with us since the early 90's.

Unlike other builders who require that homeowners make an appointment to visit the construction site, we encourage our clients to take advantage of unlimited access to their home during construction. We believe that it is only though active client involvement that we can deliver on our pledge to provide superior customer satisfaction.
